ChatAlap অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলতে অ্যাপ খুলুন, চ্যাট লিস্টের উপরে ডানদিকে আপনার গোল প্রোফাইল ছবিতে চাপ দিন। প্রোফাইল পেজে “লগআউট”-এর নিচে অ্যাডভান্সড খুলুন। সেখানে লাল ডাস্টবিন আইকনসহ “চ্যাট অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট” আছে। সেটা চাপুন। বক্সে নিশ্চিত করতে ইংরেজিতে DELETE লিখুন, তারপর লাল “অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট” বোতাম চাপুন। অন্যরা সঙ্গে সঙ্গে আপনাকে “Deleted user” দেখবে। আপনার নাম ও ফোন নম্বরের একটি গোপন কপি ৩০ দিন রাখা হয়, যাতে আপনি চাইলে অ্যাকাউন্ট ফেরত আনা যায়। ৩০ দিন পর সেটা নিজে থেকেই মুছে যায়।
You can delete your ChatAlap account in the app. This page explains the steps. ChatAlap is the messaging app of the BD Sell Market platform.
Delete in the app
- Open ChatAlap and sign in.
- On the chat list, tap your round profile photo at the top right. The Profile page opens.
- Scroll past Logout. Open Advanced, then tap Delete chat account (red text with a red trash icon).
- A box asks “Delete chat account?”. Type DELETE in the field (English letters, as shown), then tap the red Delete account button to confirm, or Cancel to keep your account.
If the app is in Bangla, the same items are called প্রোফাইল, লগআউট, অ্যাডভান্সড, চ্যাট অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট and অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট. You still type DELETE to confirm.
What is removed right away
- You can no longer sign in to ChatAlap.
- Your name, phone number, and profile photo are removed from the app. Other people see you as “Deleted user”.
- Push notifications to your devices stop.
What is removed after 30 days
- We keep a private copy of your name and phone number for 30 days so we can restore the account if you ask, and to handle safety reports. Only our support team can see it. After 30 days it is deleted automatically.
What stays
- Messages you already sent stay in those chats so other people keep their history.
- This does not delete a separate BD Sell Market account, if you have one.
If you cannot open the app
Call or message 01973834024 from the phone number on your ChatAlap account. Ask us to delete the ChatAlap account. We may ask you to confirm that the request is yours.
